Join us for our First Annual Tennis Tournament at Weddington Swim & Racquet Club

• Check-In begins at 3:00 PM

• Play begins at 4:00 PM

Theme is Oktoberfest, so registration includes tournament play + Beer & Brats as well!

(Non-Participants can purchase food onsite for $20)

Tournament Format:

Weddington Swim and Racquet Club will be hosting Hook Line and Heroes to sponsor a for fun charity tennis event fundraiser.  Hook Line and Heroes is a Christian based non-profit foundation that provides sponsored fishing trips for veterans who are disabled and those with post-traumatic stress (PTS).

Play will consist of a 3-round format of doubles, both gender and mixed.  Play will consist of 8 game pro-sets (no ad) with a timed limit of 25 minutes per round.  There will always be one group of 16 sitting out each round to enjoy hearing more about Hook Line and Heroes, partake of free food and beer, cornhole, and participate in raffles.

Please sign up as a single since all players will be paired up for all of the matches.  Provide your NTRP rating if you have one or your approximate level of play, if you don’t in the text box Memo section on the Registration page.

Registration fee is $75 per person and spectators can eat and drink for $20.  Minimum age is 18.

Come on out and support our veterans and enjoy some fun tennis and good food!
