Purple Heart Sponsor - $1,500

• Two teams in the tournament – Veteran team must have at least one Veteran.  The second team can be non-veteran team.

Hole Sponsor - $300

IF PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK: Select “Cash/Check Payment” with your designated sponsorship type. At the payment screen you will need to enter your name, email address and phone number. No credit card information is needed. Please coordinate your payment submission with Matt at matt@hooklineandheroes.org. All sponsorship payments must be made prior to the event.
